Cape, a lofty promontory of Asia Minor, on the coast of Caramania. It rises to the height of 600 or 700 feet above the level of the sea, and consists of white marble cliffs. An isthmus about 400 yards across, and fortified at every accessible point, connects this cape with the main land.
