or CYNODONTES, a people mentioned by Solinus and Isidorus, and by them supposed to have had teeth like dogs. They were probably so denominated from the object of their worship, the deity Khan-Adon, which the Greeks wrote Κονωδον, and thence called his votaries Cynodontes.
