a city of Spain, in the province of Aragon. It is situated in a most prolific valley, through which the river Xiloa runs, and by the waters of which it is liberally irrigated. The hemp and flax produced here are highly esteemed throughout the whole of Spain. The place contains seven churches and 2853 inhabitants.
