a seaport of Laristan, in Persia, which has one of the most secure roadsteads in the Persian Gulf. It is formed by Cape Bostana to the eastward, and by Point Certes to the west. It is capable of containing the largest fleets, and the entrances are about ten miles asunder. It is eighty miles south of Lar.
