Galeazzo, an eminent Italian architect, born at Perugia in the beginning of the 16th century. He studied at Rome, where he became intimate with Michael Angelo and the other great men who adorned that period. The Strada Nuova at Genoa, and various works at Bologna, Milan, and Naples, bear testimony to his skill.
