DOMENICO, or DEL BRIZZO, a Bolognese painter who excelled in design, especially in cabinet pieces. He was the pupil and favourite of Francesco Brigo, who was the most distinguished scholar of the Caracci, excepting Domenichino and Guido. Domenico was living in 1678.
