a town of France, department of Lot, and capital of an arrondissement of the same name, situated on the declivity of a hill, at the foot of which runs the Bleou, 20 miles N. of Cahors. It has manufactures of linens, woolens, and hats, and a considerable trade in wine and walnuts. Pop. (1851) 4990.
