a village of Bohemia, at the foot of the Nollen-dorf Pass in the Erzgebirge, about 2 miles N. of Topliz. An obstinate and decisive battle was fought here, August 30, 1813, between the French under Vandamme and the allied forces under Count Collroed Mansfeld, ending in the utter rout of the former. Three monuments commemorate the victory.
