BADEN, a town of Germany, in the archduchy of Austria, feated on the Little Succhat, is a neat little walled town, ftanding in a plain not far from a ridge of hills which run out from the mountain Cetius. It is much frequented by the people of Vienna, and the neighbouring parts, on account of its baths. The fprings fupply two convenient baths within the town, five without the walls, and one beyond the river. They are good for diftempers of the head, the gout, dropfy, and moft chronic difeafes. E.
