BHATTIA, a town of Hindostan, in the western extremity of Gujerat, near Oaka. It contains 500 houses, chiefly inhabited by Aheens, an industrious and useful class of peasantry, who, from being shepherds, have of late years applied themselves to the cultivation of land.
