MULHEIM, a town of the Prussian government of Cologne, the capital of a circle of the same name. It has a church for each of the three religions, and a synagogue for the Jews, and contains 523 houses, and 3950 inhabitants. There is here a considerable manufactory of silks and velvets, and a good deal of traffic on the Rhine.
