CAUDEBEC, a seaport-town of France, in the department of Seine Inférieure, on the right bank of the Seine, at the mouth of the Caudebec, six miles south of Yvetot. It is neat and pleasantly situated, and has cotton manufactures and some trade. Pop. 2500.
