SOLOMON, a learned rabbi, a native of Spain, who flourished in the sixteenth century. He wrote Scholia on the whole of the Old Testament, in which he has interspersed the best of Kimchi's grammatical observations. His Commentaries are inserted in the Biblia Rabbinica, Ven. 1518.
