a city of South America, capital of a province of the same name, in the department of Cundinamarca, New Granada, is situated on the Porce, a small affluent of the Caucá, 40 miles S.E. of Antioquia. It carries on a considerable trade in the products of the district; and had in 1851, 14,800 inhabitants.
