LOCH, a lake of Scotland, county of Inverness, between Loch Ness and Loch Lochy. It is about 4 miles in length by 1½ in breadth; it receives the Glengarry River, and discharges its waters by the Oich into Loch Ness. This loch is connected by the Caledonian Canal with Loch Ness and Loch Lochy.
